1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to ShopLoved4u. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Pre-Owned Merchandise Disclaimer
The vast majority of items sold on ShopLoved4u are pre-owned, vintage, or secondary-market goods unless explicitly marked as Brand New with Tags (NWT). Items may exhibit minor, normal signs of wear, light fading, or small handling marks consistent with prior use. We inspect and photograph every item to disclose notable flaws as clearly as we can. Pre-owned goods are sold as described in the listing and photos.
3. Measurements & Sizing
All garment and item dimensions are measured while laying flat and are provided as close approximations (allow a standard variance of +/− 1 inch). Sizing varies significantly across brands and eras. It is the buyer’s responsibility to compare flat-lay measurements against their own items before purchase. Sizing discrepancies or “item does not fit” claims do not constitute a defect.
4. Color Representation
Due to studio lighting, camera flash, and varying screen calibrations, actual item colors may vary slightly from online photography.
5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we detect pricing or listing error, or if payment cannot be verified. Title to goods passes after we receive payment and the carrier accepts the package for delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
ShopLoved4u, our logos, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. Product brand names appearing in listings identify the original manufacturer and do not imply affiliation unless stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShopLoved4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of any item sold on this platform. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
