Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed off to shipping carriers within 1 business day of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another when it ships.
2. Carriers & Methods
We typically ship with USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable service. Tracking information is provided when the label is created. Delivery estimates from the carrier are not guarantees.
3. Transit & Risk of Loss
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for carrier transit delays, weather disruptions, or packages the carrier marks as delivered. Please contact the carrier first for in-transit issues, then contact us with your tracking number if you need help.
4. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you entered at checkout.

Unless a listing or checkout option states otherwise, ShopLoved4u currently fulfills to addresses we can ship within the United States.
